Established as a joint venture with Unitech Kühlschmierstoffe GmbH (Unitech GmbH) of Attendorn, Germany, bringing its metalworking fluid technology to North American manufacturers. Headquartered near Waterloo, Ontario.
2015
Unitech Mexico
Established in Saltillo, Coahuila, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Unitech Lubricants America, serving manufacturers in Mexico.
